For after-hours support, please call the numbers above and follow the prompt to transfer to Arrowhead after-hours support. You can then leave a message for a technician to call you back. Technical support for residential subscribers is available Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 8:00pm and Saturday to Sunday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Emergency support for businesses is available 24/7.
Arrowhead Broadband reserves the right to charge a support fee if the issue is not found in Arrowhead ’s equipment or network. Arrowhead Broadband will notify you of any applicable charges before you incur the charges.
In the event that Arrowhead requires the dispatch of a technician to troubleshoot the problem, a charge of $100 per hour will be billable, unless the trouble is found to be with Arrowhead equipment, in which case, no charge will be assessed.
